In my second year, I conducted in-depth user research to identify and address issues within the university’s online services. I focused on improving the accessibility and visibility of the disability support pages, redesigning the interface to create a clearer, more inclusive user experience that better met students’ needs.
Using tools like service blueprints and socio-technical analysis, I developed solutions focused on inclusivity, readability, and ease of use for students with disabilities or specific learning difficulties.
